Today I bought my second Scout II. I previously owned a 78 Scout II and sold it as a promise to my dad if he gave me a 97' F150. Well 10 years later on my 6th wedding anniversary my wife gave me a surprise and let me buy a 71 Scout II. I love her, and this proves that she's a keeper. I plan to restore it little by little with my 5 and 3 yr old sons on the side. My 5 yr old loves the idea of owning a convertible.
